The experienced Critical Care Nurse Director will oversee a state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit consisting of Registered Nurses, many of which have their CCRN Certification, Support Staff, Clinical Supervisors, Charge RNs, and other skilled healthcare professionals.
The Critical Care Nurse Director will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and will be responsible for building and developing a new team, day-to-day clinical operations, resource management, budgetary oversight, collaboration with other department leaders, and participating in direct care as needed to ensure the highest level of patient care is delivered.
