POSITION
Summary:
Verify, code, approve, and balance monthly company CC spending through PEX management software.
Review and edit expanse narratives based on budget layout.
Enter, review, and approve month end journal entries and account reconciliations on a timely basis in conjunction with the accounting team.
Maintain ordered record keeping of all accounts receivables and utility expenses which are then to be relayed to their specific programs.
Audit and approve payment request vouchers.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for daily operating bank accounts for multiple facilities primarily in Arizona, Texas, and East Coast.
Assist end of the month process of shipping, billing, finance charges, and running statements.
Essential Functions:
Responsible and executes all functions relative to finances to include management of program budget, purchase orders, pex allocations, and petty cash.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills with ability to listen actively.

EDUCATION &
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or any business related fields Prior experience working with financial data
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Cleared background checks from appropriate entities.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
May lift and carry up to 10 pounds frequently, up to 20 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds infrequently.
Performs tasks that may involve standing or walking 50% of the day; sitting 50%of the day.
May bend, stoop, reach and grasp as necessary.
The pay range for this role is:
